Located in midtown Phoenix 1 block from a light rail stop. This classic Al Beadle building has a ton of history. Don Boles was a reporter whose car was bombed. His car is rumored to still be in a basement in downtown! Built in 1962-1963 it was the tallest skyscraper in Phoenix at the time soaring 22-stories high.
